Who I Am

The Talented Vet is a concept created to help pet owners travel with their pets. I offer services for getting your pet certified for international and domestic travel. I have the accreditation necessary to be able to perform the exam, laboratory tests, and paperwork for your pet to travel with you.

The name is actually a tribute to one of my beloved pets, my sweet Pit Bull Terrier, Talent. She encouraged me to be brave and creative in many aspects of my life. I carry many of her life lessons with me every day.

Veterinarian

I grew up in Meadville, PA and I wanted to be a vet as long as I can remember. I went to college at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and then attended Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. While earning my veterinary degree, I decided to pursue a Master's in Public Health. After graduating in 2003, I completed a fellowship at the CDC. In 2004, I joined a small animal practice south of Atlanta. I have since worked mainly in the Buckhead area. I live in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area with my family - human and four-legged.
